Here is a quick video on Eurisko's Beer Co. newest beer, a traditional Belgian Patersbier or Single. I absolutely love traditional Belgian styles when executed correctly and this one gorgeous and delicious. Beer drinkers regularly see Belgian beers on beer lists such as Dubbel, Tripel and even Quadruple but the Patersbier isn't seen as often. Typically this beer is a lower abv Belgian Pale Ale (of sorts) with medium to medium high Trappist yeast character. This is a beer that the monks consume especially during "fasting" seasons.
